What the job is:
CPI is looking for someone who can provide a safe culture to customers and peers through providing exceptional and courteous customer service, follow safety guidelines and established programs and complete safety reports as well as required records. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. This person will Champion the development and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Dekra) to optimize maintenance program effectiveness as well as coach and develop personnel in understanding equipment job plans, inspections, proper maintenance and the use of the maintenance system. The Maintenance Reliability Coordinator will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimize breakdowns. In addition, this person will establish standardized maintenance/reliability processes and metrics to drive plant efficiency, perform follow-up analysis to identify and resolve recurring operational issues, facilitate training sessions and identify skill development needs for plant personnel and contractors and conduct failure analysis on critical assets and equipment to eliminate the root cause of failure and develop improvements to prevent future occurrences.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships across the organization and work collaboratively with peers.
- Proficient knowledge of business computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Internet and accounting software).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Strong business acumen abilities; time management, planning, organization and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- High School Diploma or GED or related experience and/or training. Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education or comparable experience working with agricultural commodities and material handling equipment. Associates Degree is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally. This job involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, or standing and occasionally requiring to stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Must have the ability to work in all types of weather conditions, around moving parts, fumes, airborne particles and chemicals as well as work in high precarious places.
