What the job is:
CPI is looking for someone who has experience and/or education in daily grain operations performed by various locations using CPI’s accounting systems who will be responsible for assuring complete and accurate grain accounting records for internal and external customers and assist patrons and various CPI locations with grain inquires. The ideal candidate will have a solid mathematical aptitude, work well with others or independently, adapt to change well and be someone with a strong business mindset. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Regional Grain Clerks will also prepare month-end and year-end grain reports and assist in providing reports for annual audits.

- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of High School or GED and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Ability to provide consistent communication and training assistant to assigned locations.
- Strong business acumen abilities; time management, planning, organization and decision-making skills.
- Agricultural background is a plus!
