What the job is:
CPI is looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, upbeat and a natural leader. The ideal candidate will be quick to connect with others and able to establish and maintain working relationships with others while building rapport and cliental. The Retail Division Manager will lead a team of established employees following safety guidelines, oversee training and consulting with the VP of Energy to develop programs and operational opportunities that support CPI’s mission and vision. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. This person will be responsible for the pricing of products and services with a focus of profitable operations at our assigned locations. He or she will oversee each locations personnel training assuring tasks are performed properly and safely, assist in the promotion and sales of CPI’s products or services performed, developing new markets, increasing market share and obtain a competitive position in the industry. The Retail Division Manager will consult with the VP of Energy to review activity, operations and sales reports to determine any needed changes in programs or operations. Additional duties include but are not limited to analyzing the number of inventories and supplies required for operations, preparing location budgets and product purchasing forecasts and managing vendors relationships.

- Strong written and verbal skills with a customer service focus is a must in this position.
- Proficient knowledge of business computer skills (Microsoft Office, Accounting, Database and Internet software).
- The ability to adapt to changing situations with short notice.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Directly responsible for operations and supervision of assigned staff at each location.
- Bachelor’s degree or five or more years related experience and/or a combination of education and experience is required.
